In accordance with the regulatory requirements in force, Dexia Credit Local announces that the French version of its 2011 Registration document was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 5, 2012 and that it can be consulted on its internet
site : http://www.dexia-creditlocal.fr (headings Informations juridiques et financières / Rapport annuel or Information réglementée). The English version of the 2011 Registration document will be available at the beginning of May 2012 at the latest on the internet site :

The 2011 registration document includes:
the 2011 annual financial report,
the report concerning the condition for preparing and organizing the work of the board of directors and the internal control,
the information relating to the statutory auditor's fee.
